Bannock County lists the jail's current rated capacity as 330 inmates. The 2023 PREA audit for the facility also reported 330 designed capacity, 279 people in custody on the first day of the September 2023 onsite audit, and a 262 average daily population for the prior 12 months. The same audit said the jail had not been over capacity during that prior 12-month period.
